The service

The Sprint Pack is a fixed-scope research deliverable described on our website: dream-customer writeup, 50 fit accounts, contact research, three campaign angles, and a starter email sequence. Delivery target is about 5–7 business days after we receive a complete intake.

What we do not promise

• Meeting bookings, reply rates, or revenue outcomes
• Sending email from your domain on your behalf
• Unlimited revisions or open-ended consulting
• Perfect accuracy of every contact email (confidence is labeled)

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate intake information and use deliverables lawfully (including email and privacy laws in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for outreach you send.

Payment

Prices are listed at checkout (Sprint Pack checkout). Payment is processed by Stripe. Unless required by law, fees are non-transferable.

Refunds

If we fail to deliver the written scope of the Sprint Pack, contact [email protected]. We will either correct the deliverable or refund. One revision pass is included for factual corrections after delivery. Change of mind after delivery of a complete pack is not a refund ground.

Intellectual property

After full payment, you may use the pack for your internal sales and marketing. You may not resell our templates as a competing productized research service without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kowal AI LLC’s total liability for a Sprint Pack purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that pack. We are not liable for lost profits, lost pipeline, or outbound results.
